Born behind our own counter.
Entropy1 wasn’t designed in a pitch deck. We built it to run our own businesses in Los Angeles, because nothing else did all of it.
We run xTribe, a coworking space in Inglewood, and Awakening, a coffee shop. Between them we needed a POS and a self-serve kiosk, hourly room bookings, monthly memberships and leases, doors that open for the right people at the right time, and a way to text customers without breaking the rules.
Every tool we tried did one of those things. None of them talked to each other. So we built Entropy1: one platform, one customer record, one API.
Today Entropy1 runs both businesses every day: card readers, kiosk orders, bookings, memberships, door codes and SMS campaigns. Now we’re opening it up to other service businesses, and building the AI layer on top.
xTribe · Inglewood
Coworking: desks and rooms by the hour to the month, memberships, leases, tours and keyless entry.
Awakening · Los Angeles
Coffee: kiosk and counter ordering, add-ons, student pricing, evening promos and order-ready texts.
What we believe
Software for small businesses should be built by people who run one. And the next generation of it should work as well for AI agents as it does for people.
Run a service business? Let’s talk.
We’re onboarding a small group of service businesses first. Waitlist members get early-access pricing and a direct line to the team.
